...Bertie is a regular competitor, better known for his presence in
Private Driving classes, he also did indoor driving trials last year.
He went to pony club camp in 2007 and was selected for Prince Philip Cup
team 2008.
A difficult pony to feed as he can get very highly strung and excitable
at events. We feed him Equilibra which maintains his condition & stamina but
seems to ---- --- ---- ---- ( most of the time
)! He is handled by all the family and even my 8yr handles him daily
and can ride him at home.
We compete nationally and the picture shows him with my 15 year old
daughter, Shannon, driving at the BDS Annual Show @ Windsor Great Park in
June 2008.
This combination won the welsh A&B class and Reserve Champion Welsh and
2nd in the Junior Driver Class .
This pony along with our Sec A Trehelig Lucky Omen have both qualified
for the BDS National Championships 2008'
